Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, orange bell pepper, thinly sliced cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms and minced garlic. When done I added homemade marinara, cannellini beans, cooked farro wheat and fresh chopped basil and gave it a good stir. Vegan parm on top after plating. Cheers!🥂

Coincidentally, we're having spaghetti and meatballs! I'll make a simple green salad.
