Breakfast Saturday 14 March 2026

Later this morning I'll bake this egg casserole and we'll have it and the last of the fruit salad.

https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/241925/super-easy-egg-casserole/.
I used ham and a sweet red pepper.

The usual pot of hot tea.

My sister & I played Mancala, an ancient African strategy game, neither one of us have figured it out fully yet. Still shifting braincells around was fun.

About this big cliff overlooking NYC. Now I want to make a tuna fish sandwich and go there to enjoy it while looking at the skyline.

The winds are crazy today, though.

I’ll make the sandwich anyway and look at my new history book of pictures of the cliff. It is a big deal around here. Photographers come from all over to take pictures. You see them with the most incredible cameras.
