~Homemade white veggie pizza with a homemade sort of Russian dressing base. Summer squash, cherry tomatoes, hot pepper relish, shallots roasted in a light coating of olive oil, thyme and basil topped with an Italian cheese blend.

~ Side of beets

~ Lemon water

~ Dessert- Pound cake, maybe with strawberries

I use my beans and rice recipe but I substitute wild caught shrimp for the beans. This version also had chopped onion, red bell pepper, celery, zucchini, mushrooms, sweet peas, minced garlic and brown rice. Dish is seasoned with thyme, parsley and cayenne pepper. Cheers!🥂
