Horrid "customer service" & their products are absolute JUNK!

I installed a couple mini splits from them for friends. That was five years ago.

Parker Davis is the distributor out of Florida, yes?

Thankfully I got lucky and didn’t need any customer service out of them. But I’m not surprised they suck.

I think you are rolling the dice with any HVAC equipment these days.

To make matters worse, private equity is buying up the HVAC companies and driving install prices through the roof so installers want $20k to install $5k in equipment.
