I've started pulling the garlic.

The crop isn't quite a good as last year, but no complaints. There are some really good sized ones and I always have use for the smaller ones. I cure and clean them and then crush them whole for stuffing a chicken and use the individual cloves as a nutritional supplement. Just peel, bruise and swallow whole.

Some aren't very big, but I planted quite a variety. It is so nice to have homegrown garlic instead of that chemical-infested stuff from China.
