Little white bugs in potted plants.

So, I have a little potted money tree that I got last July, it’s been doing nicely with no issues until just this morning. When I was watering the plant I noticed hundreds of really tiny white speck-like bugs jumping around in the soil. I don’t know what they are so it’s pretty concerning having it in my house. Has anyone seen this before? Are they dangerous?

You could check with the nursery where you purchased the tree or ask someone at a nursery the best treatment for them.

follow the instructions on the bottle and spray all the plants so they don't move from plant to plant. Neem oil is organic and safe so you can use it in your house. The bugs won't die immediately, but will within a cycle.

.... put the solution in a spray bottle. Spray the plant and spray the soil. As stated the bugs are likely mites and they are feeding off the fine root structures growing in the soil. After a couple of applications the bugs should be gone. Do not soak or saturate the plant of let it sit in the soap/water solution you will burn the roots. Keep the plant warm and near some sun light to perk it up while you give it the soap/water spray down.
