Introducing Nyx! (pics)
My husband, still mourning the loss of Zatanna, kept looking for one that looked like her, even after we got Nabu back in April. When we were driving home after a much-needed vacation on the East Coast, we made a pit stop in Southern Oklahoma, and picked up a new puppy we named Nyx, after the Greek Titaness of the Night. We were shocked when we saw here because she was LITTLE! She only weighed 1.6lbs at 3 months! She is now a rubenesque 3.11lbs.
She was a much-needed addition as Nabu, still a puppy himself, was terrorizing the sisters, Marigny and Laveau, both who just turned 14yo. Despite her size, she can hold her own and immediately bonded with Nabu. They even sleep together. She is VERY high energy, which earned her one nickname, "The Mad Bunny"! When she gets worked up, she hops around, oh, and she has a curly tail. LOL! Her other alias is "Nixie Pixie", because she is small and mischievous.
