UPDATE: In the wake of the release of AEA-removed people from CECOT, Chief Judge James Boasberg—hearing the "CECOT class" AEA case—scheduled a status hearing for 11a Thursday, July 24.
This also followed this July 18 filing from the plaintiffs' lawyers:

These individuals appear to include all members of the certified class in this litigation, based on the government's representations in J.O.P., id. I 8, a social media post from El Salvador's president,' and public reporting.? In light of these developments, Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court request an immediate status update from the government as to whether it is prepared
to bring the members of the class back to the United States for habeas proceedings.
