- for your loved ones and friends struggling with gender names and pronouns. Tell them to write, using pen and paper: the appropriate gender name, the appropriate pronouns 10 times (viz. Gender Name he/she her/him). Read it aloud ten times. Discard paper. Repeat process minimum 3 times per day for as many days as it takes until it sticks. It would be helpful to have a photo of the persons handy to look at during the process. Sounds arduous, but shouldn't take long to stick.
