TV News Plus - National and Local

1. TV News Plus and 2. video on Poplinks/Streaming

Although made for cord cutters and travelers, these are also good free web-based backup sources for both local and national TV news

My observations:

The Poplinks page is more compact, adds Honolulu TV news and has many more non-news video streaming links.
The TV News Plus page has a lot more "national news" links and almost all of the local TV news links.

BTW, only the TV News Plus option works on phones. Both work on desktop PCs.
