Advice? for senior living apts?

Looking into a senior living facility.
Wanting advice and what questions to ask.
Cautions?
Want to rent, not own.

Near shopping, reasonable walking distance.
Social activities.

With where you are and want to be, locations are usually good if they are officially senior housing. How you plan to finance and what assets you have also comes into play.

A lot of the senior housing I'm familiar with is HUD housing so there are standards that private operations might differ on.

What kind of place are you looking for?

I don't really have any experience with those. I went with a small complex where I can be off by myself.
