Mountains, castles, palaces, seas
Stored in the camera, filed in the phone
For later review, for later uploading
When will it end? Never, I hope
In this new-found freedom
A new way of living, exciting
But soon the time draws near
Where we all must return
Leaving the joy behind
Leaving the place intact
As we repack the bags
Leave the hotels
Eat that last meal
Step onto the train
Or fuel up the car
As we look backward
That one last time
Then turning away
