1. I was especially sorry to

see that Carlitos lost so soon! But he's had an amazing seaon for anyone, let alone a 21-year-old, and WILL be back.

I'm also sorry that the others you mentioned are out now, except for Djokovic. He is an amazing athlete. But IMO, he is less amazing as a human being, especially with his anti-vax stand!

It could happen that Ruud (who came from two hard-fought sets down to win in his most recent match), Dimitrov, or another of those remaining will be there to challenge Zverev, After all, Sinner is still there and when he is in good condition, he is a true force to be reckoned with.

I personally hope that Frances Tiafoe (another winner in a five-set match) makes it to the final. When he plays well, he is magnificent and I love his connections to Maryland.
