Penn State's Wrestling Team Just Got Stronger
Hard to type that when they just set another scoring record at the National Tournament last week.
The Japanese Olympic Gold Medalist from this past Olympics just enrolled at Penn State.
Masanosuke Ono, who just beat Spencer Lee from Iowa in an exhibition match will most likely wrestle at 133# this next wrestling season.
The rich keep getting richer. I reserved my Hotel already for next year's Nationals in Cleveland.
Penn State doesn't do what some schools do, offering bags of cash to wrestle. Iowa paid 3 kids 500k dollars apiece to wrestle one year. 2 of the kids didn't place at Nationals and the 3rd kid did win.
