And then today, Trout lands on the IL with a hamstring injury.
The man has been cursed with horrible injury luck throughout his career. He's likely still a hall of famer, but his numbers would have been so much better if he didn't miss all that playing time.

(27,619 posts)It is interesting. Some people say he's happier out of the spotlight of the big-market teams. Less pressure. To each his own, I guess. But there's no World Series ring coming his way if he stays put.
