4. In the backyard the males

Would fly at each other from 20-30 yards away and meet in middle for those skirmishes , really vicious looking
My neighbor had to cover car’s sideviews bc the males would peck repeatedly at their reflections … never breaking them but smearing them badly

Mating wars have begun
