(The irony is that this kind of scolding, though containing quite a bit of truth, is often so ubiquitous that some commentators lose sight of the fact that addressing the world's troubles likewise means giving a little respite now and then to a weary public).

Please forgive me, I grew up in that state down south This was very entertaining, and he seems like he was quite the character. I just read his Wikipedia page and the bit about challenging Coleman Young to a fistfight got a chuckle from me.
