Dump Ken Dorsey as OC. He hasn't done Watson or Winston any favors. And then I'd trade Chubb or Garrett for draft choices to replace some of the ones lost to Houston. Watson is still a cap problem. And the most expensive bench warmer in NFL history.

the Chiefs have the luxury of allowing Mahomes time to heal. They close out the regular season schedule with 3 more games: the Texans come to Arrowhead next weekend and then KC goes on the road to Pittsburgh and Denver.
