(6,080 posts)A talented roster like the Bills have had for the past several years eventually gets old and can no longer perform like it did in its prime. The owners and the fans expect a talented roster to produce championships, and if it doesnt, changes will be made. In this case, ownership probably felt that McDermott has had enough chances and decided to switch gears before the championship window closes for this roster.
