Commissioner Roger Goodell’s press conference on domestic violence in the NFL was much like a bad comedy movie. Everyone has their favorite part.
My favorite wasn’t even part of the actual press conference. It was when ESPN started posting tweets on their live television feed from current and ex NFL players.
Undeniably the best was from former wide receiver Sidney Rice. He said “Boo this man.”
That image hanging in front of one of the most powerful men in sports babbling on like a schoolgirl with a crush brought me to a realization that this guy’s out of his league.
