I'm surprised England drew twice.

(103,366 posts)In theory that ought to be OK for both Wales and England, but the small countries have upset the form book so far.
How do you think Wales would do on penalties?

(25,382 posts)I think Bale would be a good shot for sure, but I don't know enough about the other players.
It's funny that you say "small countries have upset the form book." I think I would include Wales in that category too.
I like Norn Iron, but as you can see from my logo, I'm a Wales supporter all the way.
I would like to see England pull through though, too.

(103,366 posts)but not quite as small as Northern Ireland - and Bale is world class.
I can't face the thought of England going out to Iceland on penalties. It'd be better to lose in normal time than that.

(103,366 posts)It could well happen - it all depends on if Portugal play to their potential. They've been hit and miss in the tournament. Congrats to all the Welsh!
