(28,590 posts)We were in the car and couldn't see the second half, and we were down at the 80th minute, then I had no service. I couldn't believe it when I saw the score!
Crazy after the match, too. I can't wait till Chelsea come to North London.

(3,622 posts)My club goes up against Palace tomorrow. Must win to keep pace with you lot and not let City run away with it.
Fun fact: First Division 1 match I ever attended was at White Hart Lane back in 72 or 73...
We lost 2-0.
I was a schoolboy in Brighton and the local club who were in the 3rd division at the time.

(28,590 posts)And my partner is a Man U fan. They got me interested, but I realized I had to have a team of my own, so I watched for a while and then got to like Tottenham (this was before they had Harry Kane). That same year, they came out to Seattle for a friendly, which was great (and a local brewery made a special beer named "London Calling" also). I have joined some online supporters groups, too.

(28,590 posts)Yes, I will look forward to "watching" with another DUer. I don't run into a lot of Spurs supporters in person.

Good to meet you LisaM.
