USA - Brazil

As someone who is American by choice instead of birth, who had to watch the '82 and '86 World Cups on Mexican television and who endured years of sneering about the sport, dammit, it does my heart good to hear the enthusiastic support for the USA in Maryland tonight. It doesn't even matter how it turns out.

Love you, Sam's Army!

The score is misleading, one could think it was an easy game for Brazil. The US was quite good on the attack and full of surprises on the second half. The players seem to be faster and have a more clear perspective of strategy on the field, comparing to the last games against Brazil.

As a Brazilian, I'm glad to see soccer getting so much support in the US in recent years.
