Who are the 100 evangelical leaders that endorsed Santorum?

I have been looking for the endorsement list and can only find articles that say there is an endorsement. So where is the document? Where is the list of names? Can anyone find out who is making this endorsement?

One participant in Friday’s evangelical meeting, the Rev. Jim Garlow — pastor of a San Diego megachurch and a leading champion of California’s anti-gay-marriage initiative — said Romney is “untrustworthy” and not “ visceral on the issues that are cardinal to me.”

More than 100 influential evangelical conservatives announced Saturday that they want Rick Santorum to be the next president of the United States.

The conservative leaders — including Focus on the Family founder James Dobson and Family Research Council president Tony Perkins — met at a secluded Texas ranch Friday and Saturday to choose a Republican presidential candidate to collectively throw their weight behind. All

I think that if they choose to endorse it should be done openly, instead of in the shadows. That way, I can actively choose to have nothing to do with any of them. (For that matter, a coworker could choose to actively support them.)

I hate the idea of people hiding in the shadows. They should just stand up and state it out loud.
