It's the same damn area every time. Smart thinking would find the root cause and fix it.

When the downtown area goes dark, things get fixed quickly. No so quickly for the rest of us.

On edit: just came back 8:42. Another mystery outage.

Maybe they forgot to feed the hamster turning the wheel.

i live a lo income. disabled , seinor apt. after one power out , p g and e was going to leave us in the lurch the mangager called them on the phone and i mean she yelled at them. ya , central businness district and the rich get priority. i cant have the convenince of a generator here .
