DC, Maryland, northern Virginia, mid-day Monday

12:10pm: Radar shows flurries and light snow breaking out in parts of DC area as expected. Temps are mostly 33-35, so roads should stay mostly just wet for now, though a little slush on roads is possible if there are steadier bursts of snow toward evening.
