I'm located in the North Country and on Monday, the wind absolutely slammed my house. It came from the west and bent the metal frame of my gazebo, then blasted out the roof tiles (I'm still finding them in the neighbor's hedges). Broke the zippers for the winter tarp that wraps around it. Siding was ripped from the house and the rain gutter is hanging by a nail. Whew! I'd rather have cold temps and snow!
