Well, waddya know, MAY have been an accident

that I haven't received 2d check in the mail! Postal Service?

He called me about other matters yesterday, and I mentioned: 'Did you ever send that check?' He seemed surprised when I said I hadn't received it, he said had mailed it 'weeks' ago, had been out of town last week so hadn't seen my 'Advising attorney to seek Contempt' e.mail, did wonder why check hadn't yet cleared.

SOOO, he left replacement check at front desk of his apartment, I picked it up at noon today, deposited it, and bank did not put a 'hold' on it, as I'm such a 'good customer!'

Attorney holding 'Contempt' papers, until I receive final payment; should be early April. Attorney doesn't trust him, so holding his breath. Foolishly? I do trust him at this point.

Attorney doing my will for 1/2 usual price, to be sure its done correctly and I can keep my 'fortune' away from him!

Watching Westminster now, bought a bottle of wine, and may contact financial advisor this week as I think I have enough to begin investing!

Haven't seen anything firm;
we 'watchers' speculated it was a PETA 'demonstrator.'

Don't let him get away with any crap.

It's amazing what games people will play over money.
