His sister married Tommy's brother, who owned 4 nightclubs in Vancouver, BITD. He was thus privy to Tommy's early standup act, because clubs were 21 and older in those days. We often had NO idea what he was rambling about, but some of it was damned funny.

Tommy was also in a local band that rebranded for a released single, feeling that their name might be keeping them from being more in demand. They called themselves "4 N's and a C;" except that the acronym was actually expanded into words. Yes, those words.

They were probably right about that.
