2. Is this real?

Please forgive my suspicious nature, but, having a passing familiarity with body building, I note that her trapezius and neck muscles aren't as fully developed as one might expect when achieving such extreme arm development.
An even more cynical possibility is that she's wearing molded sleeves. The backs of her hands don't quite match the coloring of her arms.
And then there is, of course, AI.
If it looks too good to be true, it usually isn't.
