Consider Jury Nullification

Here's the latest wacky conservative Republican proposed law that you should consider it your duty to nullify in the jury box if it were to become law...

A bill filed this week in the North Carolina House would ban third-party voter registration drives from using actual voter registration forms.

House Bill 127 would make it a misdemeanor for voter registration drives to hand out real voter registration forms. It would only allow groups or individuals to hand out sample registration forms instead.

Ann Webb, policy director for voting-rights group Common Cause NC, said the proposal would criminalize voter outreach efforts conducted by groups across the political spectrum.

“This will disenfranchise voters,” Webb told WRAL News. “It's an extreme bill that will prevent community organizations from supporting other community members directly in registering to vote, and that can only be viewed as an effort to make it harder to access voting.”

... they can't win an honest election, so they pull shit like this, time after time. I guess reexamining their belief system to understand why decent people despise them is just a bridge too far.
