Question: I select remain logged in but always have to login

I'm using windows 8 and IE 11 anyone else have this issue? If you're going to tell me to use Chrome or Firefox, don't reply.

1. Are you accepting cookies?

That's how the login credentials are stored that allow you to stay logged in.

2. If you clear your history or clear your cache

you will have to log back in.

3. Check your privacy settings

If it's set to delete cookies when you close the browser, you'll have to log in when you return.

(No, I don't use IE. I just know the setting is available on other browsers)

4. I have the same problem and when it happens I have to send out for a new password every time....

I have assumed it is because I am not a pay member.
