I'm not going to pay any more unless I see responsive customer service in a reasonable length of time.
If I have to put up with ads, so be it. Better than paying and never hearing anything.

This is beyond ridiculous.
I have emailed EVERY ONE OF THE ADMINS at their designated emails, and NO response.

(37,468 posts)In the old days, an email would have gotten a pretty fast response. ATA was answered within maybe a week, sometimes less.
