I've been a star member for the last 2 years. Do I get hearts for that or do I need to buy them in order to hand them out to others? If I need to buy them is there a separate way to do that without reupping a star membership. Which I just did in December.
Thanks for the advice/instruction in advance. I'm obviously clueless in heart world etiquette.

(1,975 posts)It's an extra donation, and done yearly since as long as I recall.
Thanks!

(11,477 posts)is there a separate page for the heart purchases? Or can I simply go through the star membership form page and add an additional $10-20 for hearts. Is that automatically picked up as a donation, specifically hearts in February?
Thanks,

(11,477 posts)I stumbled my way through the process after reading the materials again.
Clueless but I eventually caught on.

(11,477 posts)that you simply go through the page for star membership and donate whatever--$10 or $20, up to you on the amount--and the stars will be there to hand out as you wish. This is a promotion just for February. They even provide a countdown on how many stars you have banked as you start handing them out. Clever Administrators!
In any case, I was looking for a separate donation page, making it more far difficult than it really was.
Best wishes and hope you feel better.

(11,477 posts)I did, in fact, give you one of my stars but I didn't buy stars for you to use. So, you don't owe me anything. I'm not even sure one can order a star package, and then have it transferred to someone else. That I think would be a question for the Administrators.
Maybe you can throw an query to the Administrator and find out. Or ask a 'help' question in this forum. I just don't know how that works.
Take care.
