How do I delete posts to my 'Journal"?

Somehow I must have clicked on something (?) to add all my posts to my journal,
part of my account.

How do I delete it and what do I change to stop adding posts to it?

Default setting for "Add this thread to My Journal" checkbox when starting a new thread Checked | Unchecked

To remove a post from your journal at the bottom of your post you will see:

Added to Journal (Remove)

Click on remove.

I have 13 pages of posts to delete.
