Why are posts from Russia Today, RT, allowed on DU?

https://www.democraticunderground.com/100214878025

Considering RT is Russian propaganda network, DU should Not allow any links to it

Find another way to promote your preference of voices, than linking to RT.

Thank You
I find this damned repulsive knowing all we do about Russia propaganda in our current National state of distress.
Vladimer Putin ...should not be allowed to profit nor be promoted via his Media or Online clicks.
And RT clicks are Russia's profit

What is Russia Today? (This subject shouldn't have to even be debated here on a Democratic site.
Could we have a new rule please.
An RT link on DU is so damned offensive.)

RT, OAN, FOX or NEWSMAX is contrary to everything horrific we are currently seeing play out in our Nation's Capitol this day.

There should be no acceptance of Putin's media on a Democratic site .

As Democrats, I would hope that we were smart enough to tell truth from fiction. I know that the R's believed that only place where truth was located was at Fox. I sincerely that we are intelligent enough to gather information from different sources and decide which is truthful and which isn't. I really hope so.

..Russia Propaganda Network.

I seriously doubt RT is the only place this particular message was spoken.
Pretty sure it's there, at some other link besides RT.
West has a large audience with several avenues to speak.

Find another one besides Vladimer Putin's propaganda-for-profit outlet.

Plus, Cornel West is no friend of the Democratic Party or Democrats:

https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=14886287

More about Cornel West:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornel_West#2016_presidential_election

In July 2016, after Sanders exited the presidential race, West endorsed Green Party nominee Jill Stein and her running mate Ajamu Baraka

In 2013, West referred to Obama's speech at the 50th anniversary celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech as contradictory and as "pretty words that hide ugly deeds." West then goes on to state, "Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream. Barack Obama's got drones. Martin Luther King Jr. had prophetic missions. Barack Obama's got deadly missiles that he's ready to use."

In 2014, West gave an interview slamming Obama, calling him a "counterfeit" who posed as a progressive. West defined Obama's presidency as "a Wall Street presidency, a drone presidency, a national security presidency."

West further retracted his support for Obama in an April 2011 interview, stating that Obama is "a black mascot of Wall Street oligarchs and a black muppet of corporate plutocrats. And now he has become head of the American killing machine and is proud of it.

In November 2012, West said in an interview that he considered Obama a "Rockefeller Republican in blackface."

The have a tendency to purchase exclusive video rights to videos. But they are Russian and are banned here. I have had a lot of mine banned. About 3 hours before anything was on main stream video, RT had video of the girl that was shot. I posted mainly because of the reaction (fear) it gave the terrorists. Kind of like "You mean they will shoot us white people".
