Make sure to put TWO stamps on the envelope. For some reason it doesn't get there if you don't.

Enclose a check for $11.

When Shirley gets the mail, she sorts it into post topics or new account or account deletion. She'll fix you up. She's usually pretty quick. Unless the grandchildren are over or Arthur is having trouble with his gallbladder.
