Go to: https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=ata (Ask the Administrators link in the left column navigation)

Select the option "A problematic ad"

In the box fill out as much detail as you can about the ad, preferably with a URL. The more information we have, the easier it will be to track down and block the ad.

If possible, send a screenshot to earlg@democraticunderground.com

the x on top of an awful ad. It disappears eventually if you do it every time. I hate the huge breast ads.
