I no longer see tweets. If a tweet is posted the only thing I see is a link to tweet. But that's it. I used to be able to read the tweet and didn't have to click through to Twitter to see/read the content. Now, I literally only see "link to tweet" and nothing else.
Any troubleshooting suggestions? TIA. ❤
UPDATE:
Thanks so much to everyone who replied, offered support and suggestions. I still don't have any answers to my question even though there's been a solution.
As mysteriously as the phenomenon started it has now ended and tweets are back to loading in their entirety. I have nothing to offer as the reason for this reversal of fortune except Christmas.
I am therfore posting this as verification of a true and duly verifiable Christmas miracle, because it clearly can't be anything else. I hope everyone has a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. And to all a good night. Ho, ho, ho!

(25,453 posts)If I wanted to read Twitter I wouldn't bother logging in here. The other thing that is a disappointment is that it's fairly easy to copy and paste the tweets but few bother to do it.
I have just been passing on the posts here that consist of nothing but "link to tweet" by closing them as swiftly as I open them. Total waste of time.
Thanks for the reply.

(7,611 posts)Tweet shows. You have to hit the right twitter button or it will appear as a link.
And some times it takes a few seconds for the full tweet to appear.

(26,230 posts)here and on another board. I recently changed to DuckDuckGo from Google and I assume that caused the problem, but I can't find a way to change it.

(27,504 posts)There was a glitch like this a couple, three years ago, but I dont remember what the solution was. Things just started working correctly, if I remember right.

Blocking some third-party cookies might also be a problem, maybe.
