Help. There is an ad requesting I allow it to access my devices location

and "block" or the "X" in the upper right corner of my cell phone do nothing. I don't want to press "Allow". The ad is static and does not move as I go from one app to another on my phone. It covers 1/3 of my screen with the apps running in the background. It says: "!Allow access to your location? https:www.vhcoffeeservices.com is requesting your location information."

What do I do? I've turned my phone off and on. I've gone from one app to another. Still the ad is parked right in the middle of my cell phone screen.

My husband caught one of those nasties. This worked for him.

I turn off the phone and remove the battery for a couple of minutes. Usually works.

Then I clear the memory and cookies to be sure.
