Related: About this forumAdvanced Search will change the month & year, but not the day of the month,
for both the Start and End dates.
Never ran across this problem before. Noticed it today when using Advanced Search to check for a keyword in thread titles in the main forums. I'd wanted to check just the last few days' threads, but couldn't narrow the search. I could have used it for searches of any number of months from the 26th to the 26th, but a search from just the 22nd to the 26th of May was impossible.
And this makes finding thread titles from some dates impossible.
I just tried a search for Biden's name in thread titles in all the Main forums between April 26 and May 26. Because of the limit of 250 results, I got thread titles only back through May 10. Normally I could do a followup search from April 26 to May 10 to get all or most of those, but that's impossible now.

(87,431 posts)You chose: All Forums & Groups and under Post type you use: All Posts.
Not sure that it will help with your issue.
On edit, I am able to change both the month and date.

(52,301 posts)change the day of the month (which has now flipped over to 27, so Search is apparently on Greenwich time), though I can change the month and year.
And when I widen the search to get all results for Biden's name in all posts, it simply times out, doesn't give any results. For that kind of search, it's absolutely necessary to be able to narrow the search window down to only a few days. And I can't do that now.
So you can change that 27 to any day of the month?

(52,301 posts)for the day of the month, for Start and End. When I click on the links/buttons the black line around 27 becomes boldface instead of the dropdown menu appearing. I've been using Advanced Search for years and have never encountered this problem, till today.

(52,301 posts)as the formatting problem so many of us ran into would come and go.
But it hasn't.
Hope this is fixable, since I use Advanced Search a lot. But Dave/EarlG might be taking the holiday weekend off, except for real emergencies - which this isn't.
