Is this a scam?

I keep getting a message that there is an undeliverable package because of incomplete street address.

The fact is where I live there are no street addresses . Also not expecting any packages.

Anyone else seen this?

and that can give them access to your entire computer, without acknowledging the fact.

Sometimes resulting in locking you down with ransomware, and then getting you to pay them to get access back to your computer.

Another one is an email supposedly from Amazon saying my order with a fake number, cannot be shipped unless I click the enclosed link to provide my billing info. I reported it to Amazon which said that it is a spoof and I was asked to forward the email to them. I'm closing out my account there period.

And most of the junk I get. Same with my phone calls..don’t have em in my contacts, I don’t answer and 99% of the time, there’s no voicemail so, it’s a scam.

many often have the names of reputable companies, but it is just BS.

Dump them however you can without opening them.
