How does one gift a star membership?

I did a search in Community Help using gift star membership but no link returned mentioned.

1. Most of the time, you can't gift a star membership.

But during the last fundraiser, we were able to do that, depending on how much money we donated to DU.

Maybe the next fundraiser will bring you the opportunity you want!
