I don't know if this is relevant to your problem or not.

I am in old format mode on a Windows 10 laptop set to present in large print and fill the screen. At DU, and only at DU, over the past week or more I cannot get any buttons or links on the right side of the page to react to the mouse or touchscreen in the Edge browser. If I decrease the zoom level, at some point they start reacting. Why the right side of the browser page would act this way is a mystery. I haven't tried the new format yet to see if it fixes the problem.

I've been having the same trouble. It's got to be taken all the way down to original (11%) size, but it does work.
