I believe you brought this issue up earlier -- I have not been able to reproduce it (I'm using same -- Windows 10 PC/Chrome). I'd be interested to know if anyone else is seeing this...

Could you post a pic of the entire screen where this happens, so I can see it in context?

It doesn't look like a magnification setting in your browser -- changing the magnification also changes the spacing, so the letters shouldn't get cut off even if you are zoomed in. It's also interesting that you say changing the magnification doesn't make any difference to the links. If you zoom in, do the text and boxes both get bigger, with the text still cut off? Or does nothing happen at all?
Do you have any additional magnification preferences set in Windows itself?

Just trying to come up with clues here...

Actually there's one thing you could try for me -- find a page where you're seeing this problem, right-click on one of the links, and select "Inspect" -- a new window or tab will appear with a bunch of code in it. If you can take a screenshot of that window, please email it to me at earlg@democraticunderground.com

Edited to add: One more thing. Does this still happen if you visit https://upload.democraticunderground.com instead of https://www.democraticunderground.com?
