1. Well now he's saying mental health is playing a big role in the shootings.

So by extension, he wants more people to be killed and that's why he removed the ban so people with mental illness can get guns. That's the only conclusion - he wants massacres, especially of minorities, and is creating conditions so this can happen more easily. It's really chilling & scary how malevolent he is to the American people.
