If I was to buy a lever gun it'd be a nice walnut stocked one.


Saw a couple of those Chainsaw tossbergs at the LGS this weekend. I suppose they're a nice novelty item but not a serious self defense firearm IMHO. The one I checked out when they first come out just felt unnatural.

I'll stick to my el-cheapo 500 for home defense.

Once you cove your HD/SD needs, then you can branch out into finer firearms for your hunting and target needs.
