New Hawaii law claims

its first victory:

"A man accused of threatening a woman with a fake gun will be the first to be tried under a new law that makes that offense a felony."

should be a felony with very, very stiff penalties, like, long prison sentence, loss of gun rights with no possibility of that right being restored, and a big, big fine.
