thief in the back, in the dark, is difficult -- especially if they are dodging and weaving. As a popular OP in the Gungeon points out, sometimes seven rounds is just not enough for a summary execution and a definite kill shot.

because he didn't have more then a half dozen rounds in his or her weapon. Maybe there is but I don't know of one.

It's my opinion that those who believe they need multiple high capacity mags (which they refer to as "normal capacity&quot , do so based on what they have seen in movies such as Scarface and not on actual real life evidence.
