It's not regulated, silly, the way you "think" it is regulated. It is regulated like a clock is...didn't you know that?

They will positively SNOW you with all their Founders writings on what "regulated" means...nice dodges, that...but expect it if you try it...

anything but what the obvious meaning to everyone means. Fortunately, "gun nut" means the same now as it did then, and all we need to do is regulate the gun nuts until they are no longer a danger to themselves, or the rest of us.
